Frequently asked questions

Answers about the partner model, quote requests, and this form.

How does Roselle Circuits provide PCB manufacturing?

Roselle Circuits provides contract PCB manufacturing through local and overseas partners. Project requirements are used to discuss a suitable manufacturing route.

Can I choose a manufacturing location?

Include a location preference or mandatory country of origin in the inquiry. Specific country availability needs confirmation; it is not guaranteed by the category page.

Are assembly, design, and stencil services available?

Those sections are draft inquiry categories requested for this expanded preview. They do not confirm Roselle service availability, supplier relationships.

How do quotations and orders work?

Submit a saved part revision through your customer account. Roselle issues a reviewed offer. Accepting it creates an on-hold invoice/PO order; no card payment is collected. Repeat orders start with a fresh quotation for the selected revision.

How are design files handled?

The customer portal accepts ZIP or PDF packages stored privately. Downloads require a signed-in owner or authorized Roselle staff. A changed design should be saved as a new revision.

Do I need all specifications before contacting you?

Prepare the details you have and identify any open questions. A request can document undecided requirements without presenting them as approved production instructions.
