ROSELLE CIRCUITS / PREPARING YOUR MANUFACTURING FILES

Preparing your manufacturing files

Make the handoff easier with a consistent revision and clear requirements.

Build one controlled package

Collect the files for one board revision. Use consistent naming and identify which drawing or note takes priority if a requirement appears in more than one place.

  • Fabrication layer data and drill files
  • Board outline and fabrication drawing
  • Stack-up, material, and finish requirements
  • Quantity and any panelization requirements

For assembly inquiries

If assembly is part of the proposed project, prepare the bill of materials, placement information, and assembly drawings. Identify supplied parts and any component alternatives already approved.

List the open questions

You can begin an inquiry before every specification is final. Mark incomplete files and undecided requirements clearly so they are not mistaken for approved production instructions.

Customer portal file handling

Save a ZIP or PDF design package against a part revision in your customer account. Downloads are restricted to you and authorized Roselle staff. Submit a new revision for changed design files.
