How the Roselle customer portal handles project and account information.
The portal stores account details, billing and shipping addresses, PCB part numbers and revisions, specifications, design packages, quotation records, and order history. Quotation addresses and approved revision details are retained with the associated order.
Design downloads are restricted to the owning account and authorized Roselle staff. Files are not published in the public product catalog. The portal uses authenticated sessions and access checks.
Account recovery and transaction messages use the website’s configured email service. Cookies support authentication and account sessions. The theme may request fonts from Google Fonts; essential branding and illustrations are hosted on this website.
