Start with a controlled specification

Identify the board revision, fabrication drawing, material requirements, and any customer specifications. Make unresolved requirements visible before requesting production approval.

Confirm the inspection and test scope

• Requested bare-board electrical test and inspection requirements
• Reports or manufacturing documentation needed with delivery
• Any required partner certification evidence, with its applicable scope
• Acceptance criteria and relevant customer specifications

Review changes explicitly

If a material alternative, drawing revision, or delivery arrangement is proposed, ask for the change to be identified in writing before approval. Do not assume that a substitute is acceptable for your design.

Prepare information for an order concern

Contact sales@rosellecircuits.com with the order reference, approved revision, affected quantity, and a description of the concern. Include relevant inspection information or photographs when available.
